What we store

When you create an account, we store your username, email address, preferences, conversations, and security records needed to operate the service. Conversations remain private to your account unless you explicitly share them through a supported feature.

Documents and knowledge

Private uploads are access-controlled and are not automatically used to train models. Approved historical and organization sources are managed separately and may be used for source-grounded retrieval according to their rights and review status.

Model providers

If an external inference or embedding provider is configured, the prompt or document excerpt required for that request may be processed by that provider. Provider configuration and retention depend on the deployment contract; administrators must configure the provider's current privacy terms before production use.

Your controls

Account Settings provides data export, conversation deletion, consent withdrawal, password and session controls, and account-deletion requests. Backups may retain encrypted copies until their scheduled expiry; deletion is propagated through the active system first and then through the backup lifecycle.

Training consent

Private conversations and private documents are excluded from model training by default. Optional consent is recorded separately by purpose and can be withdrawn for future use. Withdrawal cannot remove information already incorporated into a trained model.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions or access requests, contact the platform administrator through the official Mucurabwenge AI support channel. Do not send passwords, API keys, or government credentials in a request.
